The Committee considered the evidence heard at agenda items 2 and 3 and agreed to invite the Scottish Government and the Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service to give oral evidence at a future meeting.
The Committee considered its work programme and noted correspondence from the Auditor General for Scotland, the Presiding Officer and the Commissioner for Ethical Standards in Public Life in Scotland, in relation to the 2021/22 audit of the Commissioner for Ethical Standards in Public Life in Scotland.
