The Committee took evidence from—

2. Proposed Contingent Liability (In Private):

The Committee took evidence from—

Michael Matheson, Cabinet Secretary for NHS Recovery, Health and Social Care, Billy Renfrew, Health Resilience Manager and Laura Wilson, Team Leader, Covid Policy and Liaison, Scottish Government.

3. Proposed Contingent Liability (In Private):

The Committee considered the evidence heard earlier in the meeting and agreed to approve the proposed contingent liability.
