The Committee took evidence from—

Professor Angela O'Hagan, Chair and Jan Savage, Executive Director, Scottish Human Rights Commission.

3. Scottish Human Rights Commission (In Private):

The Committee considered the evidence it heard under agenda item 2 and agreed to write to the Scottish Government on issues raised during the meeting.

4. Pre-Budget Scrutiny (In Private):

The Committee considered a draft report on its Pre-Budget Scrutiny and agreed to continue consideration at it's next meeting.

5. Inquiry into Neurodivergence in Scotland (In Private):

The Committee considered its approach to the inquiry and agreed—

• the terms of the inquiry
• a programme of oral evidence
• to undertake a visit
• to undertake an informal session with those with lived experience
• to take any consideration of evidence heard and draft reports on this inquiry in private.
