The Committee considered the evidence heard earlier in the meeting.
The Committee considered its approach to the scrutiny of the Bill at Stage 1 and agreed (1) to launch a call for views; (2) the schedule of witnesses; and (3) to undertake engagement activities.
The Committee considered a draft report. Various changes were agreed to, and the Committee agreed to consider a revised draft, in private, at a future meeting.
