³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ can claim money back for "expenses" (costs).  These must be costs from carrying out their duties in Parliament or helping their constituents. 

These rates apply from 1 April 2026.

Start-up provision

• £6,869

Regional Members will be advised on an individual basis based on their OCP entitlement.

Office-cost provision

• £22,800 full year

Regional Members will be advised on an individual basis

Members can flex up to £8,193 from Engagement Provision to Office Cost Provision in 2026/27.

Engagement provision

Members can flex up to £8,193 from Office Cost Provision to Engagement Provision in 2026/27.

Regional Members will be advised on an individual basis as required but will equate to one third of their maximum OCP (Office cost provision).

Party leaders allowance: 30+ Members

Party leaders allowance: 15 to 29 Members

• £2,718 for 01 April to 07 May

Party leaders allowance:5 plus members

• £20,000 fixed amount per party leader plus £1,500 per member of the party

Motor mileage

• 45p per mile for first 10,000 miles and 25p per mile thereafter

Motorcycle mileage

• 24p

Pedal cycle mileage
