Celebrating Ross High School Pupils’ Art Exhibition

That the Parliament congratulates the talented pupils of Ross High School in Tranent on the success of their recent art exhibition, as reported by the East Lothian Courier; notes that the exhibition showcased an impressive range of art, design and photography, and welcomed more than 300 guests from the school and wider community to view the creative work of the pupils; recognises the dedication and skill demonstrated by the young artists, as well as the commitment of the school’s expressive arts staff in supporting and encouraging artistic development; acknowledges what it sees as the important role that arts education plays in fostering creativity, confidence and cultural expression among young people, and commends everyone involved for delivering an inspiring and well-attended celebration of local talent.
