That the Parliament congratulates Reverend Graham Duffin on his retirement after 24-and-a-half years at Loanhead and Bilston Parish Church; notes that Reverend Duffin, who is a beloved member of the community and the parish church, has played a huge role in assisting the community; further notes that parishioners and friends held a farewell celebration to mark his retirement and to thank him for his community work; commends Reverend Duffin for his dedication and hard work for his community, and wishes him the best in his retirement.
