That the Scottish Parliament congratulates Midlothian Community Action on receiving a £19,824 grant from the National Lottery Community Fund; understands that the group will use the funding to continue its informal conversation café, which supports up to 50 people who have English as a second language, and commends and thanks Midlothian Community Action for its work and dedication to Midlothian.
