That the Parliament recognises and celebrates the 30th anniversary of the Hearing Voices service in Fife, delivered by Change Mental Health; acknowledges the pioneering role that the service has played in providing compassionate, person-centred support to individuals who hear voices or experience other unusual perceptions; commends the dedication of the staff, volunteers and peer-support facilitators who have worked tirelessly over three decades to challenge stigma, promote recovery and empower individuals to lead fulfilling lives; notes the service’s commitment to amplifying the voices of lived experience and advancing understanding of complex mental health needs, and congratulates Change Mental Health on this important milestone and its continued leadership in promoting mental health and wellbeing across Scotland.
