That the Parliament congratulates Jackie Galbraith, principal and chief executive of West Lothian College, on her upcoming retirement; understands that, since taking on this role in 2018, both staff and students at the College have been the recipients of many awards; further understands that the College is widely regarded as an outstanding learning provider, employer and anchor institution with the best overall student attainment rates of all regional colleges, and that it is also the only college in Scotland to meet its credit target in each of the last 10 years; recognises the leadership and positive impact that it believes Jackie has brought to the College, and wishes Jackie all the best in her retirement as she plans to spend more time with her family.
