That the Parliament congratulates community link workers from across Clackmannanshire and Stirling who have made it to the last stages of the Team of the Year honour at the annual Community Link Worker Awards, which are set to go ahead at the Radisson Blu in Glasgow on 7 May 2025; understands that the team is devoted to providing support to patients with mental health challenges; notes that the team works across Alloa, Tullibody, Alva, Tillicoultry and Clackmannan and is hosted by the Clackmannanshire Third Sector Interface (CTSI) and the Stirlingshire Voluntary Enterprise (SVE); further notes that the team was established in 2022 and provides people-centred support for those with mild to moderate mental health challenges; acknowledges that each person receives tailored assistance to find solutions that benefit them, linking up with nearly 200 different third sector organisations; understands that this model helps save the NHS more than £16,000 per practice per year due to a reduction in appointments, and wishes all concerned the very best of luck for the finals.
