[Laughter.] In your response to his question to you, Gillian Purdon, you highlighted a concern of mine, which is with the blanket message that we eat too much red meat. If we continue with that message, I would be concerned that those who do not eat enough red meat might reduce their meat intake even further. I agree that eating too much red meat is bad for you, but it is equally true that not eating enough of it is bad for you.
