I thank all the witnesses for their time and participation. You have all made really interesting opening remarks, and I want to build on some of those points, particularly what you said at the end of your remarks, Tracey McFall. One of the issues that the committee is probing is the reasons why people use substances in prison. I appreciate that that is a broad question, but do you want to say more about the reasons and contributing factors that are beyond the prison walls, so to speak, as well as within the institution? It would be good to hear your thoughts on those matters.
