Parliamentary Bureau Motion

The next item of business is consideration of Parliamentary Bureau motion S6M-01163, on approval of a Scottish statutory instrument. I ask George Adam, on behalf of the Parliamentary Bureau, to move the motion.

Okay. I have 15 motions on SSIs to move. I am joking—there is only one. The Health Protection (Coronavirus) (International Travel) (Scotland) Amendment (No 13) Regulations 2021 came into force on 14 June with the purpose of extending the definitions of elite sport for the Birmingham Commonwealth games.

I move,

That the Parliament agrees that the Health Protection (Coronavirus) (International Travel) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 13) Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/237) be approved.
