That the Parliament endorses the principle of including in the Insolvency Bill a power for the Secretary of State, with the consent of the Scottish Ministers, to make regulations to implement the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law model law on cross-border insolvency and agrees that the relevant provisions to achieve this end in the Bill should be considered by the UK Parliament.鈥擺Angus MacKay.]
