Good morning, and welcome to the first meeting in 2024 of the Health, Social Care and Sport Committee. I have received no apologies for today鈥檚 meeting. The first item on our agenda is a decision on whether to take items 5, 6, 7 and 8 in private and a decision on whether to consider in private at future meetings a draft report on the National Care Service (Scotland) Bill.
