Fuel Poverty (Enhanced Heating) (Scotland) Regulations 2020 [Draft]
Item 3 is consideration of an affirmative instrument. The regulations set out three enhanced heating regimes and specify the types of household to which an enhanced heating regime will be applied for the purposes of measuring fuel poverty.
In regulation 2, the defined term 鈥渂enefits鈥 ought to have been
鈥渂enefits received for a care need or disability鈥,
to mirror the definition in the Fuel Poverty (Targets, Definition and Strategy) (Scotland) Act 2019. Does the committee therefore wish to draw the draft regulations to the Parliament鈥檚 attention under the general reporting ground?
