1. Decision on taking business in private:

The Committee agreed to take item 4 in private.


2. Subordinate legislation:

The Committee considered the following negative instrument—




The Committee agreed to make no recommendations in relation to the instrument.


3. Housing (Scotland) Bill:

The Committee considered the Bill at Stage 2 (Day 1).

The following amendments were agreed to (by division):

4. Work programme (in private):

The Committee considered its approach to its work programme. The Committee agreed a response to the Finance and Public Administration Committee on the budget process. The Committee also considered a letter from the Cabinet Secretary for Social Justice on the Tackling Child Poverty Delivery Plan 2026-31, agreed preliminary issues and recommendations and agreed to consider its response again after planned evidence sessions in April and May.
