The Committee agreed to take item 2 in private.
The Committee considered a letter from the Northern Ireland Assembly Committee for Communities. The Committee agreed to hold a round-table evidence session in May to consider the potential impact of UK Government proposals to reform the welfare system, particularly in relation to disability benefits, with a view to working jointly with the Committee for Communities and its equivalent in Senedd Cymru on a response to the UK Government. It also agreed to delegate to the Convener responsibility for finalising invitees to the round-table.
