2. Improving outcomes for young people through school education: The
Committee took evidence from—
Stephen Boyle, Auditor General for Scotland ;
Antony Clark, Interim Director of Performance Audit and Best Value, Tricia
Meldrum,Senior Manager and Zoe McGuire,Senior Auditor, Performance Audit and
Best Value, Audit Scotland.
Craig Hoy referred to his Register of Interests as a Member of the Education
Committee of East Lothian Council.
3. Improving outcomes for young people through school education: The
Committee considered the evidence heard at agenda item 2 and took further
evidence from—

Antony Clark, Interim Director of Performance Audit and Best Value, Tricia
Meldrum,Senior Manager and Zoe McGuire,Senior Auditor, Performance Audit and
Best Value, Audit Scotland.
The Committee agreed to invite the Scottish Government to give evidence at a
future meeting.
