5. Visitor Levy (Amendment) (Scotland) Bill (in private):

The Committee considered the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1. It agreed to report to the lead committee on the Bill, the Local Government, Housing and Planning Committee.


6. Tertiary Education and Training (Funding and Governance) (Scotland) Bill (in private):

The Committee considered the delegated powers provisions in this Bill after Stage 2. It agreed to report to the Scottish Parliament.


7. Natural Environment (Scotland) Bill (in private):

The Committee considered the delegated powers provisions in this Bill after Stage 2. It agreed to consider a draft report at its next meeting.


8. Sustainable Aviation Fuel Bill (UK Parliament legislation) (in private):

The Committee considered the second supplementary Legislative Consent Memorandum and powers to make subordinate legislation within devolved competence in the Bill. It agreed to report to the lead committee on the Bill, the Net Zero, Energy and Transport Committee.
