1. Subordinate legislation:

The Committee considered the following negative instruments—

The Committee agreed to invite the Minister for Public Finance to give evidence at its next meeting in relation to SSI 2025/124 and SSI 2025/126, and to make no recommendation in relation to SSI 2025/125.




2. Housing (Scotland) Bill:

The Committee considered the Bill at Stage 2 (Day 4).
