The Committee considered and made no comment on the following negative instrument—

2. Work programme (In Private):

The Committee considered its work programme and agreed a draft letter to the Deputy First Minister.

The Committee also agreed a revised approach to the Disabled Children and Young People (Transitions to Adulthood) (Scotland) Bill and its approach to the Children (Care and Justice) (Scotland) Bill.
