5. Prostitution (Offences and Support) (Scotland) Bill (in private):

The Committee considered the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1. It agreed to write to the Scottish Government.


6. Ecocide (Scotland) Bill (in private):

The Committee considered the Member-in-charge's response to points raised on the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1. It agreed to report to the lead committee on the Bill, the Net Zero, Energy and Transport Committee.


7. Land Reform (Scotland) Bill (in private):

The Committee considered the delegated powers provisions in this Bill after Stage 2. It agreed to report to the Parliament and write to the Scottish Government.


8. Freedom of Information Reform (Scotland) Bill (in private):

The Committee considered the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1. It agreed to write to the Member-in-charge of the Bill, Katy Clark MSP.

As the Member-in-charge of the Bill, Katy Clark did not attend for agenda item 8.
