2. Consideration of continued petitions:
The Committee considered the following continued petitions:
- PE2105: Safeguard Scottish Listed Buildings at risk of unnecessary demolition. The Committee took evidence from—

The Committee agreed to consider the evidence at a future meeting.

- PE1934: Develop an educational resource on gender-based violence for all year groups in High School. The Committee agreed to close the petition under Rule 15.7 of Standing Orders.
- PE1946: To call on the Scottish Government to pay all charges for homeless temporary accommodation. The Committee agreed to write to the Minister for Housing.
- PE1988: Review the process for disposal of household raw sewage. The Committee agreed to close the petition under Rule 15.7 of Standing Orders.
- PE2041: Exempt community healthcare staff from parking charges. The Committee agreed to close the petition under Rule 15.7 of Standing Orders. In closing the petition, the Committee agreed to write to the Scottish Government.
- PE2095: Improve the public consultation processes for energy infrastructure projects. The Committee agreed to write to the Scottish Government.
- PE2106: Prohibit mobile phone use in Scottish schools. The Committee agreed to close the petition under Rule 15.7 of Standing Orders.
- PE2103: Legislate to standardise the prescribed learning hours for Primary and Secondary schools in Scotland. The Committee agreed to close the petition under Rule 15.7 of Standing Orders.

The Committee considered the following new petitions:
- PE2142: Review the policy on school commencement and deferred school entry in Scotland. The Committee agreed to close the petition under Rule 15.7 of Standing Orders. In closing the petition, the Committee agreed to write to the Minister for Children, Young People and Keeping the Promise.
- PE2143: Introduce legislation to require all landlords to tackle damp and mould to specified standards. Fergus Ewing MSP declared an interest as owner of a property from which he derives a rental income. The Committee agreed to write to the Scottish Government.
- PE2149: Install speed cameras near schools. The Committee agreed to write to the Scottish Government.
